Problem
Many of Vulcan Digital Media’s customers repeatedly order the same items over and over again. Customers need a quick ordering process for previously purchased orders.
Solution
Our team created a “Quick Order” feature that allows users to easily find their order history and repurchased orders using as few clicks as possible. Third Party Delivery feature was also added to expedite the Quick Order delivery process.
